  4. i don't think it's big enough to turn into a motel type resort but certainly it could be rented out to a family at a time or be used for parties.

    Please note that Relau Villa was built by Chung Thye Phin and not Chung Keng Quee. Chung Keng Quee died in 1901, at least 30 years "before" Relau Villa was built.

  9. Yes Relau Villa still exists, including the swimming pool but it is badly run down. I do not know who owns it now.
