where is this place, sayang?
Middle South-West-West part of Penang island. Near Taman Metropolitan.
These are great pics of a fantastic old building that should really be preserved.Keep me posted if you find more.
should be made into a private resort or preserve history like a museum may be
ok
i don't think it's big enough to turn into a motel type resort but certainly it could be rented out to a family at a time or be used for parties.
Jeff,Can send me these 2 picture? The page cannot show them. I want to how it looked at its glorious days. Thanks!
mighty interesting this [place] seems to be in centre of attraction
emailed to you already! :)

i want to go here one of his days

Dear Brother Did this place available in Relau ?
It is all run down today.http://1786.multiply.com/photos/album/16/Chung_Keng_Kooi_Mansion_In_Relau_PenangPlease note that Relau Villa was built by Chung Thye Phin and not Chung Keng Quee. Chung Keng Quee died in 1901, at least 30 years "before" Relau Villa was built.
Yes Relau Villa still exists, including the swimming pool but it is badly run down. I do not know who owns it now.
